Just got a mail on the campus placements in CET this year,
Software must be really on a rolllll! Placements just
crossed 300 with just 3 companies on campus!! The score
is as follows:
Infosys - 110
Wipro - 65
CTS -125
Yup, looks like we are headed towards 400 minimum, possibly
450 if the CGPU team can rope in tech. companies, esp. for
Mech. and Civil. Anyways, let's hope this keeps up till the
end of the season and more..... Thatz the news for now. Tk

Cool. Looks like the tech boom is back for real. Hopefully, the trivandrum technopark will ride the boom this time around.

But cusat also has improved a lot over the years

the number of placements in 2006 just crossed the 800 mark.a record in itself.companies like microsoft,google and yahoo for cs; ashok leyland, l&t, mahindra, itc for mech.... these r of course excluding the ones like infosys,cts,tcs,wipro,ibm,ibt,caritor,accenture etc.for more details,u can contact dr.a.samson,who is in charge of the placement cell
